ReguBrief provides a daily regulatory intelligence newsletter service focused on EU data protection and technology regulation. The service is provided "as is" and is for informational purposes only.

  • Trial Period: We offer a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
  • Pricing: Subscriptions are billed at €79 per month or €790 per year. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Payment: We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the self-service Customer Portal. Cancellation is effective immediately, though you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when signing up. Sharing your account credentials or forwarding paid newsletters to non-subscribers on a systematic basis is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding of ReguBrief are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission, except for limited forwarding of specific stories to colleagues as part of normal business operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReguBrief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the member state in which ReguBrief is domiciled, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
